Memberships are designed for patients with or without insurance.
For patients without insurance, a Direct Primary Care membership will cover basic primary care needs at an affordable monthly rate.
For patients with insurance, memberships provide a valuable supplement to your healthcare plan. With rates lower than many single-visit copays, you’ll receive unlimited office visits and a direct access line to your doctor to address any concerns.

Please Note: There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee per family and Dr. Schisler will arrange a virtual meet and greet before your first official appointment.
